SENIOR ADMISSION OFFICER
Foundation-wide – Full-time – Geneva.

Your role and responsibilities:
Managing the full enrolment journey
You take ownership of the entire admissions process, from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond.
- Guide families through the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth, professional and welcoming experience.
- Advise on campus choice, programme pathways and class placement, based on age, curriculum equivalences and availability.
- Determine provisional placements and identify potential learning or language support needs in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Proactively collect and follow up on required documentation (school reports, essays, SEN questionnaires, IEPs, specialist reports).
- Collaborate closely with Principals and senior academic staff to secure timely academic approvals.
- Manage waiting lists and placement offers in line with the Admissions Policy and capacity constraints.
Delivering an outstanding family experience
You ensure that every interaction reflects Ecolint’s values of care, respect and professionalism.
- Serve as a welcoming and reassuring first point of contact for prospective families.
- Respond proactively to a high volume of enquiries across email, video calls, phone and in-person visits.
- Communicate clearly, personally and empathetically at every stage of the process.
- Handle sensitive or complex situations (limited space, learning needs, priority criteria) with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
- Clearly articulate Ecolint’s educational philosophy, programmes and added-value services.
Campus presence & engagement
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised campus tours that showcase Ecolint’s people, pedagogy and community.
- Participate actively in Open Days, Orientation Days and other admissions-related events across all campuses.
- Maintain a visible and approachable Admissions presence on campus, helping families feel informed and confident.
Coordination, data & insight
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Admissions database.
- Monitor enrollment trends and waiting lists, sharing insights with the Director of Admissions to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with relevant departments to gather accurate information and guide families effectively throughout the admissions process.
Who we are looking for:
You are a relationship-oriented professional who enjoys guiding people through important decisions.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in business, marketing, sales or a related field.
- Have at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in admissions of an Education environment, customer service, relationship management or a client-facing role.
- Are fully bilingual in English and French (another language a plus).
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing a large volume of files with accuracy.
- Communicate with confidence, clarity and diplomacy, even in challenging situations.
- Enjoy representing an institution and articulating its value with authenticity and empathy.
- Are comfortable working across departments in a complex, multi-campus organisation.
- Are confident using digital tools, including Google Workspace.
