Ecolint's Endowment Fund

Endowment Fund project banner image

The Ecolint Endowment Fund provides a permanent source of income to serve our educational mission. Launched in our Centenary year and strengthened by a CHF 5 million founding gift, Ecolint’s endowment marks a significant step on our path to long-term sustainability. Gifts to the endowment fortify the school’s financial foundation, ensuring that today’s students, as well as future generations, have continued access to an education for peace.

To find out more, including the ability to create a named endowed fund, please see our Frequently Asked Questions.

You can make a donation up to CHF500 using the GIVE TO THIS PROJECT button below.

What is an endowment?

  • An endowment is a permanent fund that is invested and generates interest or dividend income annually.
  • A portion of the income is spent each year with the remainder being reinvested in order to achieve growth of the principal.

The Fund is hosted independently of Ecolint by the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation (SPF), a Swiss-registered tax-exempt foundation based in Geneva.
