Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. HR OFFICER

1-year fixed-term contract - Full-time (100%). 
Start date: January 5, 2026 or earlier by agreement

 

Job purpose:

  • You will be joining a dynamic and committed HR team, serving a community of over 1,200 employees from over 100 nationalities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft employment contracts, amendments, and HR documents
  • Answer daily questions from employees and managers
  • Update the HR system (Abacus) with rigor and precision
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage work permits, criminal records, and administrative formalities
  • Contribute to the monitoring of social security and pension funds
  • Support the relocation of expatriate employees
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and associated accounting tasks
  • Produce HR reports and contribute to various cross-functional projects

 

Personal requirements:

  • Swiss HR certificate (required)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration in Switzerland
  • Fluent in French or English (minimum B2 level in the other language)
  • Organizational skills, precision, and proactivity
  • Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command of the Google environment
  • Knowledge Abacus is a plus
