La Châtaigneraie Campus is located in the hamlet of Châtaigneriaz, overlooking the village of Founex and Lake Geneva. With a mix of old and new buildings, the campus is divided into a primary school and a secondary school, with a total of approximately 1,600 students. La Châtaigneraie Campus – Sports Department (ECA)
Share your technical expertise and passion for volleyball to inspire our student-athletes in a unique international environment, working as a coach or assistant as needed.

Why this role is important:
As a Volleyball Coach at La Châtaigneraie Campus, you will play a key role in the physical and social development of our students. You will be responsible for leading training sessions independently. Your mission is to provide high-quality sports coaching, combining technical development and teamwork, while guiding young people in learning perseverance and fair play.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the weekly volleyball session on Wednesday afternoons.
- Establish progress objectives tailored to the age groups and skill levels of the students.
- Provide varied, engaging, and safe training sessions, in line with the objectives of the sports department.
- Work collaboratively with the coaching team and the campus sports coordinators.
Who we are looking for:
Skills and Experience
- Youth and Sport (J+S) diploma in active volleyball or equivalent foreign qualification.
- Proven experience coaching volleyball to young people aged 11 to 18. Experience working with female/teenagers is a significant asset.
- Fluency in French and/or English.
Personal Qualities
- Excellent teaching skills and ability to connect with teenagers.
- Dynamic, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and international student population.
