TEACHER OF FRENCH / DELF INSTRUCTOR
La Châtaigneraie - Part-time - 2 periods per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Teach French (DELF / French as a Foreign Language) to primary school students.
- Prepare and effectively train students for the DELF exams (Prim A1 level).
- Regularly assess student progress and write detailed reports for families.
- Collaborate closely with the teaching team and the head of department to ensure high-quality teaching.
- Manage teaching resources optimally to maintain a stimulating learning environment.
Who we are looking for:
You are a passionate language teaching professional who will thrive in this role if you have:
- A university degree in French as a Foreign Language (FLE/DELF) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching FLE/DELF to teenagers.
- DELF examiner/marker certification (A1 to B2) is a major asset.
- Perfect command of French (native speaker or equivalent) and the ability to communicate in English.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- A dynamic and creative approach to teaching, ability to adapt your pedagogy to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain constructive relationships with students, the team, and parents.
- Prior experience in an international school environment is a significant advantage.
