La Grande Boissière (LGB) campus is located in the center of Geneva and blends 18th-century buildings with state-of-the-art facilities for the arts and sciences. - Weekdays: 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM
- Weekdays: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM

Why this role is important:
As a student life supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and good behavior of students during the lunch break. You provide high-quality supervision in these dynamic spaces, upholding the school's educational values within a caring and multicultural environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during the lunch break according to an established rotation schedule (cafeteria, outdoor areas, sports and arts centers).
- Supervise students during bus arrivals and departures in the morning and afternoon.
- Ensure students adhere to safety and behavioral rules to maintain a respectful and safe environment.
- Promote positive behavior and resolve minor conflicts peacefully.
- Monitor student safety and well-being, and alert the school nurse if necessary.
- Interact with students in a kind and encouraging manner.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, coaches, and school staff.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience supervising children or adolescents (school, recreation center, sports coaching, etc.).
- Comfortable working with young people, attentive to their needs, and able to manage groups with a balance of firmness and flexibility.
- Patient, empathetic, and calm; demonstrates initiative and excellent teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in French or English, with a good working knowledge of the other language.
- Friendly, polite, and culturally aware.
