Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. About Ecolint & La Grande Boissière: The La Grande Boissière (LGB) campus is located in the center of Geneva and combines a mix of 18th-century buildings with state-of-the-art STEM, sports, and arts facilities. The bilingual (French and English) campus welcomes nearly 1,900 students across primary, middle, and high school levels. Our unique Universal Learning program, designed in collaboration with UNESCO's International Bureau of Education, aims to ground learning in a deep conceptual understanding and assessment of Ecolint's global competencies, ensuring that the learning outcome has a positive social impact.

As an Assistant Football Coach at the La Grande Boissière Campus, you will play a key role Key to the development, physical improvement, and sportsmanship of our students. By assisting the head coach, you contribute to creating a dynamic, safe, and supportive learning environment. You help young people develop their technical skills, teamwork, and respect—fundamental values at the heart of Ecolint's mission.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Activity Planning & Student Supervision
- Supervise and lead weekly football training sessions for our students.
- Develop an annual activity plan for each age group with progression objectives.
- Offer dynamic sessions tailored to our students and the objectives of our sports program.
- Supervise and coach our teams during sporting competitions.
- Work and collaborate within a coaching team.
Who we are looking for:
Skills and Experience
- Hold a Youth and Sports diploma or equivalent foreign qualifications.
- Have practical experience teaching and coaching football with young people aged 5 to 18.
- Priority will be given to candidates who have already worked in schools or have significant experience with young people.
- Availability on some weekends to supervise tournaments
Linguistic Skills
- Fluency in French or English and a good working knowledge of the other language.
