Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. Why this role is important

Within the Sports Department at La Châtaigneraie, you will play a crucial role for our student-athletes engaged in high-level training programs. As a strength and conditioning coach, you do more than just lead training sessions; you design customized programs that respect the physiology of young athletes while maximizing their potential. You are the essential link between the school, coaches, and federations to ensure harmonious and high-performing athletic development.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities

Preparation and Facilitation

  • Design individualized physical preparation programs based on age (8 to 18 years), sport, and the specific needs of each student-athlete.
  • Lead physical preparation sessions in the gym.
  • Develop and monitor rehabilitation programs for students recovering from injury.

 

Coordination and Technology

  • Ensure regular and seamless communication with sports coaches and partner federations.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of new technologies applied to sports for performance and recovery monitoring.
     

Desired Profile

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in physical preparation (Swiss or international).
  • Proven experience working with high-level young athletes aged 8 to 18. Prior experience in a school setting or with young people is a significant asset.
  • Fluency in French and/or English. Personal Qualities
