Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. Our 1,250 staff from all over the world work on our three campuses (La Grande Boissière and Campus des Nations in Geneva, La Châtaigneraie in the canton of Vaud).

La Grande Boissière (LGB) campus is centrally located in Geneva and blends a mix of 18th Century buildings with cutting edge STEM and Arts facilities. The bilingual (French and English) campus is home to close to 1,900 students across the Primary, Middle and Secondary Schools. Our unique Universal Learning Programme, co-designed with UNESCO’s International Bureau of Education, seeks to anchor learning in deep conceptual understanding and the assessment of Ecolint’s global competences, to ensure that the outcome of learning makes some positive social impact.

CAMPUS ADMINISTRATOR

Full time – 40 hours 

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Campus Administrator is a key member of the leadership team of the campus. (S)He is appointed by and accountable to the Campus Principal.
  • To enable and ensure the smooth and efficient operation and successful development of the campus and its schools by providing effective non-educational services and support. In line with Foundation and campus strategy, policies and procedures, the post holder will ensure that the campus is a pleasant and safe place in which to learn and to work.
  • (S)He will have a team to assist in achieving high standards in financial management, implementing capital and maintenance plans, applying sustainability policy for the campus and grounds, risk management, health and safety and other services.

 

Personal requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in French, ability to communicate well in English (level B2)
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role and in people management
  • Experience in project management - especially in construction and renovation
