As an Athletics Assistant Coach at Campus des Nations, you play a key role in the physical development and sportsmanship of our students. By assisting the head coach, you contribute to providing dynamic, safe, and high-quality coaching on the track. You will support young people from diverse backgrounds in learning perseverance, self-improvement, and respect—fundamental values ​​at the heart of Ecolint's mission.


Your role and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Coach in leading, conducting, and supervising the weekly athletics session on Friday afternoons.
  • Offer dynamic, stimulating workshops and exercises adapted to the age and skill level of the participants (running, jumping, throwing).
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and the proper use of sports facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate actively and openly with the coaching team and the staff of the sports department.
     

Who we are looking for:

Skills and experience

  • Youth and Sport (J+S) diploma in active athletics or equivalent foreign qualifications.
  • Proven practical experience teaching and coaching athletics to young people aged 11 to 18.
  • Priority will be given to candidates who have already worked in a school environment or who have significant experience with young people.
  • Fluency in French and/or English.
     

Personal qualities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with children and teenagers in a multicultural context.
  • Dynamic, positive teaching style, and contagious enthusiasm.
  • Reliable, rigorous, and absolutely punctual for the weekly Friday meeting.
