ASSISTANT COACH IN ARTISTIC AND/OR ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS
Campus des Nations – Sports Department (ECA)
Support the development and technical progress of our students within a dynamic and international gymnastics program.

Why this role matters:
As an Assistant Gymnastics Coach, you play a vital role in the motor development, self-confidence, and discipline of our students. At Campus des Nations, you support the head coach in providing safe, motivating, and high-quality coaching. You will help each child progress at their own pace, while instilling the values of perseverance and enjoyment through sport, a hallmark of Ecolint.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in leading and supervising weekly gymnastics training sessions (artistic and/or acrobatic).
- Participate in the development of dynamic, fun, and age-appropriate training sessions tailored to different skill levels.
- Contribute to the annual activity planning and the monitoring of student progress.
- Opportunity to supervise and coach our teams during sporting events or competitions.
- Active and open collaboration within the department's coaching team.
Who we are looking for:
Skills and experience
- Youth and Sport (J+S) diploma in gymnastics (preferably artistic or acrobatic) or equivalent foreign qualifications.
- Practical experience teaching and coaching gymnastics to young people (ages 11 to 18).
- Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in a school setting or significant experience working with young people.
- Fluency in French and/or English.
Personal qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with children and teenagers.
- Enthusiasm, patience, rigor, and a strong sense of safety on the apparatus.
- Team spirit and flexibility to ensure availability for Saturday morning sessions.
