Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. You will be part of the Human Resources team.

Your mission

HR System role: ABACUS

  • Be the contact person for all HRIS requests
  • Creation of AbaReport
  • Table updates (e.g. creation of cost centers and accounts)
  • Manage user access
  • Follow up tickets with external helpdesk


Payroll and statistics control role

  • Responsible for drawing up statistical reports for the HR department
  • Carry out monthly and annual payroll controls
  • Participate in payroll accounting reconciliations


Administrative role

  • Support the HR Administration team in day-to-day tasks


Your profile

  • You have the Swiss HR Certificate, an advantage
  • You have at least 5-7 years' experience in payroll management with Abacus
  • You are fluent in French and English (B2 level minimum in both languages)
  • You have good organizational skills and are willing to take on responsibility
  • You are a team player and work collaboratively
  • You have excellent priority and time management skills
  • You have a good knowledge of office automation tools
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Experience in statistics, a plus
