HR ASSISTANT / HR OFFICER (HRIS management)

HR ASSISTANT / HR OFFICER (HRIS management)

You will be part of the Human Resources team.
Your mission
HR System role: ABACUS
- Be the contact person for all HRIS requests
- Creation of AbaReport
- Table updates (e.g. creation of cost centers and accounts)
- Manage user access
- Follow up tickets with external helpdesk
Payroll and statistics control role
- Responsible for drawing up statistical reports for the HR department
- Carry out monthly and annual payroll controls
- Participate in payroll accounting reconciliations
Administrative role
- Support the HR Administration team in day-to-day tasks
Your profile
- You have the Swiss HR Certificate, an advantage
- You have at least 5-7 years' experience in payroll management with Abacus
- You are fluent in French and English (B2 level minimum in both languages)
- You have good organizational skills and are willing to take on responsibility
- You are a team player and work collaboratively
- You have excellent priority and time management skills
- You have a good knowledge of office automation tools
- Project management skills a plus
- Experience in statistics, a plus
