Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. Why this role is important:

As a volleyball coach at Campus des Nations, you play a determining role in the physical and social development of our students. Your mission is to provide high-quality sports coaching, combining technical progression and team spirit. Beyond training, you support young people in learning perseverance and fair play, values at the heart of the Ecolint mission.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and run the weekly volleyball session on Wednesday afternoons.
  • Establish progression objectives adapted to the age groups and skill level of the students.
  • Offer varied, stimulating, and safe sessions, in accordance with the sports department's objectives.
  • Work in synergy with the team of coaches and the campus sports managers.
  • Possibility of complementing your working hours with assistance hours within the department, depending on needs.

 

Who we are looking for:

Skills and Experience

  • Youth and Sport Diploma (J+S) in active volleyball or equivalent foreign diploma.
  • Confirmed experience with young people aged 11 to 18 in volleyball training. Experience with a female/adolescent audience is a major asset.
  • Fluency in French and/or English.

 

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent pedagogical skills and ability to connect with adolescents.
  • Dynamism, punctuality, and team spirit.
  • Ability to adapt to a varied and international school audience.
