Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. La Grande Boissière (LGB) campus is centrally located in Geneva and blends a mix of 18th Century buildings with cutting edge STEM and Arts facilities. The bilingual (French and English) campus is home to close to 1,900 students across the Primary, Middle and Secondary Schools. Our unique Universal Learning Programme, co-designed with UNESCO’s International Bureau of Education, seeks to anchor learning in deep conceptual understanding and the assessment of Ecolint’s global competences, to ensure that the outcome of learning makes some positive social impact.

Responsibilities
- Teaching PE to the secondary and middle school students.
Candidates requirements
- Teaching qualification in Physical Education essential, coaching qualification also desirable.
- Min 4-5 years of experience teaching students of mixed athletic ability, in a coeducational and international environment.
- Has the ability to teach physical education in both English and French.
- Experience of teaching sports science or educational background in sports science.
- Is passionate about teaching and learning with an excellent knowledge and understanding of assessment in physical education.
- The ability to teach all areas of the physical education curriculum is essential
- Is prepared to do replacement cover for colleagues who may be away with sport teams etc.
- Is willing to assume responsibilities for organising annual events such as sports days
- The ability to be a good team player is essential
