La Grande Boissière
Reprographic or Polygraphic printing assistant
Part-time - 75% - one-year contract
Responsabilities
- Perfect knowledge of digital printing on Copier and Plotter, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator tools.
- Mastery of binding techniques such as Wiro, Fastback, etc.
- Mastery of cutting on a professional cutter.
Qualifications required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience.
- Customer service oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, politeness and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team, with people at different levels within an organisation and also independently.
- Fluency in spoken and written French or English, with a good working knowledge of and ability to communicate orally and in writing in the other language.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven organisational skills.
- Able to both plan ahead to manage workflow and work under time pressure and manage urgent deadlines where necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions to improve processes and productivity.
- Ability to work with discretion and handle highly confidential documents (review documents, financial and legal documents, etc.).
- Knowledge of and ability to apply good health and safety procedures.
- Physically able to lift and carry relatively heavy loads such as boxes of paper and printed documents.
