Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. You will be part of the team People and Culture
Your mission
- Prepare and administer human resources documentation such as employment contracts, endorsements, etc.
- Answer employee questions about HR administration
- Update the HR system with accurate and legal entries
- Compile and maintain all employee records and files
- Participate in HR processes such as recruitment, permit management, etc.
- Participate in the management of social insurance and pension fund
- Participate in the relocation of expatriate employees
- Perform salary and/or accounting tasks
- Participate in the development of statistical reports for the HR department
Your profile
- You have the Swiss HR Certificate
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration in Switzerland
- You are fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level in both languages)
- You have good organizational skills and are willing to take responsibility
- You have team spirit and work collaboratively
- You have excellent priority and time management
- You have good knowledge of office tools
- You have knowledge of LPP, a plus
- You have experience in salaries, a plus
