HR INTERN / APPRENTICE

Job purpose:

  • In a dynamic and evolving team, we are seeking temporary HR support. The goal is to provide occasional support on operational projects, particularly related to administrative and contractual management, and time tracking

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing the drafting of ECA contracts (extracurricular activities)
  • Help in creating employee files
  • Updating employee data in our HRIS system with accurate data (legal documents)
  • Support in setting up and monitoring employee work time recording
  • Filing and digitizing HR documents (personal, contractual)
  • Participation in cross-functional HR projects (organizational chart, etc.)
  • Various administrative tasks

 

Personal requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's student in Human Resources or Swiss Labor Law, preferably with an internship agreement, or holder of the HRSE Human Resources Management Certificate
  • Position between 70% and 100%, to be agreed upon (please specify your availability in your cover letter)
  • A reliable and rigorous individual
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, Excel)
  • Solid foundation in English, minimum B1
  • Sensitive to confidentiality
  • Aptitude for teamwork
  • Service-oriented and friendly
