Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. La Châtaigneraie (Secondary)
French teacher
Part-time (70%), initial two-year contract with possibility of renewal
Responsibilities
- Exceptional French language instruction from beginner to mother-tongue level
Candidates requirements
- At least three years' teaching experience in the International Baccalaureate and Swiss Maturité diploma programs (or equivalent)
- Internationally recognized teaching diploma
- Ability to teach French (acquisition and textual analysis)
- Fluency in spoken and written French, and very good command of English (this is bilingual teaching)
- Excellent classroom management and organization skills
- Ability to work in a way that ensures the safety and well-being of children
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and parents
- Sense of teamwork
- Good knowledge of language and basic software (Word, Excel... etc.)
