FINANCE INTERN (HEG - BUSINESS PROGRAM) AT 70% FOR ONE YEAR

 

Job purpose:

  • As a HEG intern at Ecolint, you will be part of our Finance team. You will join a dynamic team, providing you with comprehensive and varied training to complement your studies at HEG.

 

Responsibilities:

Support our accounting team with its tasks, including:

  • Storing, coding, distributing, and tracking invoices
  • Coding and posting account statements
  • Processing emails
  • Processing supplier statements
  • Participation in general purchasing tasks (payment lists, sending POs, creating supplier/staff data)
  • Involvement in improvement processes
  • Preparing reports, statistics, and procedures

 

Personal requirements:

  • You have good organizational skills, are rigorous, and willing to take on responsibilities.
  • You enjoy interpersonal skills and approach others with politeness and friendliness.
  • You have a good level of English.
  • You enjoy teamwork.
  • You are proficient in common IT tools (basic Excel skills).
