Foundation
FINANCE INTERN (HEG - BUSINESS PROGRAM) AT 70% FOR ONE YEAR
Job purpose:
- As a HEG intern at Ecolint, you will be part of our Finance team. You will join a dynamic team, providing you with comprehensive and varied training to complement your studies at HEG.
Responsibilities:
Support our accounting team with its tasks, including:
- Storing, coding, distributing, and tracking invoices
- Coding and posting account statements
- Processing emails
- Processing supplier statements
- Participation in general purchasing tasks (payment lists, sending POs, creating supplier/staff data)
- Involvement in improvement processes
- Preparing reports, statistics, and procedures
Personal requirements:
- You have good organizational skills, are rigorous, and willing to take on responsibilities.
- You enjoy interpersonal skills and approach others with politeness and friendliness.
- You have a good level of English.
- You enjoy teamwork.
- You are proficient in common IT tools (basic Excel skills).
