Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. Cover Teacher

Full time: 32 hours / week - Contract for this academic year (starts asap - ends 31.08.2024)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support learning for Secondary School classes during teachers absences
  • Be present on site and available during school hours 
  • Collaborate with colleagues for the planning and implementation of class and initiatives
  • Help with specific school projects, such as creating display areas or providing in-class support, when no replacements are required
  • Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continued professional learning
  • Fulfill supervision duties as assigned
  • Attend staff and collaborative planning meetings
     

Candidates requirements

  • Teaching qualification 
  • Relevant teaching experience would be a distinctive advantage
  • Fluent in English or French with an excellent working knowledge of the other language
