Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 130 nationalities. Campus des Nations (Secondary)
Pour compléter notre équipe au département des Sports du Campus des Nations, nous recherchons un :
ASSISTANT/COACH ATHLÉTISME-CROSS-COUNTRY
Temps partiel : 1h30 par semaine (le mardi de 15h30 à 17h et possibilité de tournois en journée ou week-end)
Responsabilités :
- Encadrer et animer des entraînements hebdomadaires de cross country pour nos étudiants.
- Construire un planning annuel d'activités par catégories d’âge avec des objectifs de progression.
- Proposer des séances dynamiques et adaptées à nos élèves et aux objectifs de notre programme des sports.
- Encadrer et coacher nos équipes lors des compétitions sportives
- Travailler et collaborer au sein d'une équipe de coaches.
Qualifications demandées :
- Avoir un diplôme jeunesse et sport en sport d’athlétisme actif ou diplômes étrangers équivalents.
- Avoir une expérience pratique avec des jeunes de 11 à 18 ans dans l’enseignement et l'entraînement des sports d’athlétisme
- Priorité sera donnée aux candidats ayant déjà évolué dans des écoles ou ayant une expérience significative avec un jeune public.
- Français et/ou anglais
