Ecolint Students Pay Homage to Patients and Medical Staff Fighting COVID-19

As the world mobilises to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, the students of Ecolint have rallied to do their part by honouring those on the front lines.

With the number of coronavirus patients in the region continuing to rise, many needing hospitalisation and intensive care, health workers have been under tremendous pressure, working longer hours with limited supplies. For many COVID-19 patients, as well as the countless others who are hospitalised for other medical reasons, it has meant facing illness alone, away from family and loved ones.

Ecolint students of all ages have mobilised to bring them some relief and remind them that we are all thinking of them. They sent in almost 100 drawings, paintings, collages and photos for the patients and medical staff fighting COVID-19 at the Hôpitaux universitaires de Genève (HUG), Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) and Centre hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), which were shared with the three institutions.

See below for a preview of some of their works of art.
