Your Role and Responsibilities:
Teaching:
- Teach the Spanish language and culture to students of various levels (children and adolescents).
- Inspire students through a variety of creative and differentiated teaching styles (individual or small-group lessons).
- Ensure pedagogical progress and adapt the curriculum to meet each student’s specific goals.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and, where applicable, official examinations.
Assessment and academic monitoring:
- Complete periodic assessment reports (twice a year).
- Maintain clear and regular communication with families regarding student progress.
- Collaborate actively with the WLP department team and participate in departmental meetings.
Who we are looking for:
Skills and Experience:
- Perfect command of the Spanish language (native speaker or C2 level).
- Solid experience in teaching Spanish to school-aged students (children and adolescents).
- Ability to work comfortably in French and/or English within a multicultural environment.
Personal Qualities:
- Enthusiasm, a creative pedagogical approach, and the ability to motivate learners of all levels.
- Flexibility and ease in navigating an international setting.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and the educational team.
