With a mix of historic and new buildings, the campus is split into a Primary and Secondary school. The international team of educators is devoted to supporting a diverse population of students.

To complete our Administration team, we are looking for an energetic, committed and well qualified

  • Assist the IBDP Coordinator with IB Diploma administrative tasks (uploading internal and external assessments, organizing resources, communicating Diploma developments, creating accounts on MyIB)
  • Liaise with the external Assessment Boards for all matters regarding the administration of the external exams
  • Prepares and maintains a variety of records, documents and materials including privileged and sensitive data
  • Reviews and verifies documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with predetermined standards
  • Supplying and coordination of all the necessary stationery and materials related to the smooth running of the examination system
  • Prepare and run the internal school exams
  • Liaise with teachers, students and parents regarding examination entries
  • Submit entries for external examinations to awarding bodies in advance of deadlines
  • Responsible for organising exam materials, providing safe custody of and organising examination stationery and materials
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with predetermined standards

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous SAT and ACT experience, as well as IB Diploma Programme
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, initiative
  • Interest in teaching environments including the desire to work with students and teachers
  • Ability to work in French and English
  • High personal standards
  • Professional tact, diplomacy and presentation with administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents and community members
  • There is some expectation that for this role some working time will be allocated to the summer-around results release
  • Understanding and working well with data and databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Flexibility and ability to work additional hours during exam periods
  • Comfort with technical/administrative software
