To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Fundraiser, Major Partnership
Full-time – 40 Hours


  • Support the Head of Major Partnership in implementing and continuously improve the Development Strategy
  • Manage the identification and research of prospective donors in the execution of prospect research within our current school community, alumni and corporate and other institutional bodies
  • Execute outreach, relationship building and solicitation of assigned portfolios
  • Maintain a regular face to face programme of solicitation of potential donors to generate agreed fundraising targets
  • Ensure regular liaison with donors, in writing, by telephone and by organising face-to-face meetings to ensure their continued satisfaction and engagement with the school
  • Contribute the development of the communication channels/tools related to Fundraising (e.g.: website, newsletters, impact reports, on campus communication, etc.)

Candidate requirements

  • Between 3-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good interpersonal skills with team-spirit
  • Effective organisational skills in order to support a department 
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Self-reflective and able to solve complex problems
  • Good decision-making skills and able to accept responsibilities
  • Able to establish organisational objectives and assign responsibilities
  • Capable to manage a number of projects with minimum supervision at a time
  • Detail oriented because deals with large volumes of data, including lists of people’s names and phone numbers, and must comply with regulations and internal policies
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills are needed in order to communicate the message of their organization so that people will make donations
