To complete our Admissions team, we are looking for an:

Admissions Officer


The position reports to the Director of Admissions and works in close collaboration with the Admissions Coordinator.


  • Assist with recruitment of prospective students and re-enrolment of returning students
  • Advice families about the programmes offered, admission procedure, eligibility and cost involved
  • Import online applications and track each file throughout the admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment
  • Provide support for the follow-up of admissions requests and availability of places across the three campuses
  • Offer places and follow-up of enrolment contracts
  • Regular follow-up of files sent for approval to the academic directors
  • Conduct visits of the different schools of La Grande Boissière campus
  • Schedule appointments for visits to the three campuses
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and parent feedback in order to generate student reports whenever required
  • Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Director of Admissions and Enrolment Management

Candidate requirements:

  • University Degree in education, psychology, marketing or business preferred
  • 5 + years of relevant work experience
  • Outstanding computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, with particular expertise with Excel, including pivot tables and the use of various search functions
  • Strong database software experience, ability to create and manipulate filters and data extraction
  • Excellent level of spoken and written French and English
  • Admissions experience in a private school environment will be a definite asset
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail whilst seeing the bigger picture
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Experience communicating with people of different nationalities, a good work ethic, initiative and enthusiasm as well as proven experience working in a team whilst being capable of working autonomously
  • Swiss nationals or valid work permits only.
