To complete our team, we are looking for an:

Administrative Assistant
Full-time – 40  Hours



  • General administrative tasks to relieve the Principal and Senior Leadership team of routine administrative work
  • Work closely with other administration staff to make sure the secretariat duties are covered at all times
  • Communicates with administrators, personnel, parents, and students
  • Prepares and maintains a variety of records, documents and materials including privileged and sensitive data on a database
  • Initiates, develops and maintains data management, storage and retrieval systems

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 5 years of administrative assistant functions including record keeping and public contact
  • Graduation from commercial school or equivalent
  • Excellent level of oral and written French and English
  • Previous experience of working in a school would be an asset
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to new IT developments
  • Professional tact, discretion and diplomacy when dealing with administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents and community members
