To complete our team in our eight schools (Primary and Secondary) located on three campuses (Campus des Nations, La Grande Boissière and La Châtaigneraie), we are looking for:

“Cover Teaching Assistants”

for Anglophone and Francophone programmes for all subjects from Primary to Secondary years 

Full time: 32 hours / week - Contract for one year.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support learning for Primary, Middle or Secondary School classes during teachers absences
  • Be present on site and available during school hours
  • Collaborate with colleagues for the planning and implementation of class and initiatives
  • Help with specific school projects, such as creating display areas or providing in-class support, when no replacements are required
  • Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continued professional learning
  • Fulfil supervision duties as assigned
  • Attend staff and collaborative planning meetings

Candidate requirements:

  • Teaching certification
  • Relevant teaching experience would be a distinctive advantage
  • English or French mother tongue with an excellent working knowledge of the other language
