Amel NAOUI BERRADA

Director of the Training and Students Division of Geneva University since September 2011, Amel Naoui holds a doctorate in organizational science and a diploma of higher studies in social psychology, which she has used essentially in the field of teaching, both in administrative and academic positions. 

As Deputy Director and subsequently Director of the Lausanne Hotel School, she was actively involved in the creation and setting up of new bachelor programmes which are compatible with the Bologna system. 

She also took part in the development and implementation of numerous projects linked to education, notably concerning the integration of quality control, the accreditation of programmes and the evaluation of teachers. 

She has furthermore taught the various disciplines of her specialization in French universities and within the Lausanne Hotel School.
